Lost & Found!

-I found the insurance info! It was right under my nose in my old "House Hunting" folder on hotmail. I suppose there is some logic there.

-All it took was one eBay sale to change my entire outlook on spending money. I sold a Baby Gap dress for $5.50, which broke my heart by the way. Now, the internal dialogue goes "hmm, it appears that the chicken packaging has swollen. Eh, I don't feel like driving all the way over to Trader Joe's to return it. It's 8 bucks...but if I don't drive all the way over to Trader Joe's to return it, I've cancelled out my whole eBay sale." Or "Liam picked up this $5 necklace and wants me to have it. How sweet. I really don't like it though. I better not buy it because it will cancel out my eBay sale." I think this eBay sale has netted me way more than $5.50 at this rate.

-It seems to be a trend that about 2 months before his birthday each year, the devil possesses my firstborn a little more. I have heard that there is a reason that "four" starts with "f." I didn't believe it till now.

-I always take great care to compose grammatically correct, intelligent-sounding e-mails in every facet of my life. I have noticed that more often than not, the response I receive is pretty much illiterate.

-God's brought down the volume a bit, but he still sends me daily reminders of His plan for me and my family. I need them, but I don't know that they are not particularly good for the BP.

-I got 1.5 hours of sleep Sunday night. I just watched the clock roll over from one hour to the next over and over again until just past 4. Each hour it was "ok, if I get to sleep by 20 till, I will get X full hours of sleep." This was with a dose and a half of melatonin in me. Time never goes by more quickly.

-One disclaimer before I sign off...I wrote this on the iPad without my glasses on, so there is no telling what it's come out looking like. Maybe one of those illiterate email responses!
