1/2 Birthday

Here are my Liam vs. Macy results for 6 months:

Liam:
Height: 27 3/4 in. (85th %ile)
Weight: 18.7 lbs. (67th %ile)
HC: 18 1/4 in. (97th %ile)

Macy:
Height: 27 1/2 in. (95th %ile)
Weight: 20.9 lbs. (99th %ile)
HC: 17 1/2 in. (93rd %ile)

It's fun comparing them to each other. My little toothpick boy vs. my Michelin baby girl. I feel bad - I was hoping that my daughter wouldn't inherit my problem areas, but like I said previously, I really think she's got my body type. Andy's face, my body type.

Maybe the good news is that Liam didn't inherit it. I'd hate for him to have one of those pear-shaped guy figures.

Anyway - Happy 1/2 Birthday to my sweet little girl. I had such a great time celebrating at 3 in the morning when she was up and at 'em and happy as a clam.

I really, really cannot believe that six months have passed. If you think time flies with your first child, it flies about ten times faster the second time around. Meanwhile, the second one is getting older, too, and he's almost three. THREE!

At the same time, that's one heck of an action-packed three years.
